Guiding women in midlife to make health their favorite hobby through small, joyful habits that bring calm, balance, and confidence.
If you’ve ever felt like wellness takes too much time or energy, you’re not alone. Many women in midlife juggle careers, families, and responsibilities—often feeling drained by the pressure to “get healthy.”
At Hobby Health™, I guide you in creating simple, meaningful habits that bring energy, confidence, and joy to everyday life. My approach blends evidence-based strategies with curiosity and compassion—so health feels natural, not like another task.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by all the health advice out there. Early in my own wellness journey, I thought balance meant doing everything right—until I realized real change comes from doing what’s right for you.
That discovery led me to become a National Board–Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and earn my Master’s in Integrative Health and Wellness. Since then, I’ve guided women through transitions like burnout, menopause, and shifting priorities—helping them reconnect to their energy and sense of self.
I’ve also supported clients managing musculoskeletal (MSK) and chronic conditions, as well as pelvic health and recovery, using behavior change strategies to build comfort, confidence, and momentum.
During my training with Dr. Bill Sears at the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute (now part of ACE Fitness), I was inspired by his idea that health can—and should—be a hobby. That insight became the foundation for Hobby Health™, my calm, sustainable approach to guiding women in midlife toward energy and joy through small, meaningful habits.
A simple, steady framework for lasting habits.

Expand on what already works for you.

Focus on nourishment that feels good.

Move in ways that bring energy and joy.

Use small strategies to restore calm.

Strengthen supportive relationships.

Rediscover hobbies that make you feel alive.

Protect your time for recovery and renewal.
Together, these areas guide you toward a version of balance that fits your lifestyle, values, and goals.

Health coaching is a collaborative, client-led process focused on behavior, mindset, and lifestyle—not medical treatment or diagnosis. As an NBC-HWC, I follow professional ethics and confidentiality standards that prioritize your autonomy and well-being.
You set the direction; I guide you with structure, accountability, and encouragement.
If you’re ready to rediscover your energy and create habits that feel natural, I’d love to guide you.
We’ll start with a simple conversation to see if coaching feels like the right fit—no pressure, just support.
